The easiest way to place an order is directly through our website. Available pickup dates, pickup times, and pricing can be found within each product listing.

Cake Design Style Guide
To ensure accurate pricing, custom cakes are categorized by design complexity.
Signature Design (+$0)
Perfect for customers who love clean, elegant designs. Includes smooth buttercream finishes, simple textures, borders, and minimal decorative elements.
Luxury Detail (+$25)
Includes additional design elements such as florals, butterflies, pearls, gold accents, specialty piping, textured finishes, and elevated decorative details.
Custom Theme (+$35)
Designed around a specific theme, color palette, event, hobby, or concept. May include multiple design elements, custom decorations, and coordinating details.
Character / Highly Detailed (+$50)
Includes character-themed cakes, multiple edible images, highly detailed decorating, intricate hand-piped work, sculpted elements, or designs requiring significant decorating time and skill.
Not sure which design option best fits your vision? Email your inspiration photo to brownsugahcakery@gmail.com, and Brown Sugah Cakery will gladly determine the appropriate design category for your order.
Brown Sugah Cakery reserves the right to adjust the design category if submitted inspiration photos require additional decorating time, materials, or advanced techniques.

Thank you for choosing Brown Sugah Cakery! Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order.
Payment Policy
All orders placed through the website must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Wedding cakes and select large event orders may require a separate contract and customized payment schedule. Details will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
Order Lead Time
Brown Sugah Cakery requires a minimum of 3 days' notice for most orders.
Available pickup dates and times are displayed during checkout. Orders placed with less than 3 days' notice are considered rush orders and are subject to availability.
Rush Orders
Rush orders requested within 72 hours of the desired pickup date may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional rush fee of 20% of the order total.
Brown Sugah Cakery reserves the right to decline any rush order request.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the rare event that Brown Sugah Cakery determines an error was made on our behalf, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Design & Creative Freedom
When creative freedom is granted, Brown Sugah Cakery will use professional judgment to create a design based on the theme, colors, inspiration photos, and details provided.
No refunds will be issued based on design preferences when creative freedom has been requested by the client.
Order Changes
Only the individual who placed and paid for the order may request changes or modifications.
Requested changes may not be possible depending on the production stage of the order.
Additional charges may apply for approved changes requested after an order has been placed.
Pickup & Transportation
Pickup is available at the designated pickup location selected during checkout.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Brown Sugah Cakery is no longer responsible for damages caused by transportation, improper handling, storage conditions, weather, accidents, or temperature changes.
Customers assume full responsibility for the care and transportation of their order after pickup or delivery has been completed.
Allergen Warning
Brown Sugah Cakery products are prepared in a home kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities order and consume products at their own risk.
Brown Sugah Cakery is not responsible for allergic reactions or allergen-related issues resulting from the consumption of our products by the purchaser or any guests.
